Hair Maintenance

Raw hair comes in its natural state unlike virgin hair. This is the highest quality on the market. Raw hair is very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair. The bundles are fuller and can last up to 5 years with proper care.

Virgin Hair is still human hair and has not been chemical process but have have been straighten with heat. The bundles are less fuller than raw bundles and with proper can last 2-3 years.

Depends on the style. Normally its recommended that you buy 2 (or 3 for a fuller look) bundles plus a frontal or a closure!

So our RAW Hair collection can be colored as high as 613 (blonde). As far as the virgin hair we recommend only coloring it up to level seven (golden blonde)

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your order has shipped and you received your tracking number our options to change an order is limited, we will do everything in our power to accommodate.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atsupport@theenticedcollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
